ESGIR,S.L. HAS RECENTLY OBTAINED QUALITY FOOD CERTIFICATIONS BRC-4 E IFS-5 IN ITS PRODUCTION PLANT EXCLUSIVELY FOR GLUTENFREE BREAKFAST CEREALS AND SNACKS.
ESGIR, S.L. dedicates its activity like company to manufacture a deep cereal range for breakfast and bars glutenfree. The product manufacture without gluten has the added complication of which all the raw materials must be free of gluten, for that reason ESGIR,S.L. has beginning a quality policy based on the homologation of suppliers, the accomplishment of controls of the raw materials, processes of manufacture, finished product… so that all the points are controlled where it can appear some problem assuring to the client who our products are free of gluten.
ESGIR, S.L. is looking for to be different itself mainly from its competition because we solely have a plant of production destined to glutenfree products avoiding many of the possible problems of cross contamination. In addition we offer a deep range of cereals without gluten that go destined to the adult population like the Corn Flakes with or without sugar, Small Honey corn balls , Muesli Fruits, etc like a the children to whom it is the more difficult to satisfy with a product without gluten and simultaneously all flavor with conventional products, for that reason also have a cereal range dedicated to them like Choco Balls, Mix Small balls, choco Rice, etc.
Our cereal range is packed in transparent polipropylen bags, in this way the consumer can see the product directly. All our products are labelled with its corresponding nutricional table giving to information of the amount and type of nutrients that have our cereals and bars.
Our processes of manufacture and our products are put under constant continuous improvement always looking for satisfying the necessities with our clients and to extend our supply of products adapting us to the specific norms for products without gluten of each country.
In Spain we followed the specifications of the Spanish Federation of Coeliacs (F.A.C.E.) reason why are in the food list that has the logo “CONTROLLED BY F.A.C.E.” giving a greater security and safety to our clients.
ESGIR,S.L. supplies a competitive range of products and quality, at the same time that respects and protects environment that surrounds to us. This commitment of ESGIR,S.L. begins by the accomplishment of the declaration of packages so that our products have the green point in their packages (ecopack).
We are actually working for getting quality food certifications BRC (British Retail Consortium) and IFS (International Food Standard), we hope to get them first semester 2008.
The hygiene is also in ESGIR,S.L. a point of great importance for that reason our calendars of cleaning and disinfection take all the opportune measures to assure the hygiene in our production and to avoid the crossed contamination.
Our quality policy will be reviewed every year by the Direction and it will occur to know all the new personnel in the company.
